Crillon le Brave is a small picturesque village with beautiful stone houses, perched 360 meters, with a magnificent view of Mont Ventoux.
It is in honor of their heroic lord Louis de Balbe de Crillon , also nicknamed "the brave of the brave" that at the end of the nineteenth century the Council of village decided to name the town "Crillon le Brave" .
